Twinkle twinkle lital staar....

Again my post isn't an up beat one today. It's just going through more health issues. My hands are at their worse. It also my left heal is getting it and that second degree burn on my rightfoot. there has been several nurses here checking my burn and the other foot. What ever it is, it has all of the doctors and nurses baffald {SP} . From this week alone, I have 5 different salves! I finally got one that was for burns. Dh gets my scripts for me and all of the people that work there knows him. That actually makese feel safer as well. Because Dh will ask the pharmasits questions for me. I've rolled up my big affgan and put it down where my feet are so my heals don't lay on the bed and end up with me stupid bed sores. Yesterday, not much after my home health aide left, I started to shake. Thats a normal thing for me so I didn't think anything about it. I was on the back porch/mud room, thats where we keep all of our pop and I back there. we also have a deep freeze and we keep bags of ice in it as well as their food. I Got my tea and was on my back to the computer, where I'm at now. All of the sudden my whole body was shacking so bad I had to crawl to my bedroom. I guess you can call it a "wounded crawl." all I could think about was ta get up into my bed and call my aide. I did it, and then my words were hard to getout because of how badly shaking. I checked my sugar level and OMG it was down to 48! I do keep a whole shelf of orange juice in my friderater. I downed one of those and it helped the shaking. Whew! I had/have no idea what that was called. I don't ever want to go through that again. I just layed down for a few and I was starting to feel better. LOL...one of these days I'll have all of what feelings are what! :o) My case manager says there is one more opening, and all you do is clean house! My sister really needs a job so I was thinking of her. The pay is great with this compony. I know you'll laugh but thats what we all need, when I was in the hospital Kayden thought that I was going to have a baby. When my daughter was pregnant with Andrew, we would put are hands on her belly,etc... well. he did it to my tummy too.So when I was in the hospital he would still ask me about it and I kept telling him that I was just fat! :p) He climbed in my bed and put his head on my tummy! Now that was priceless! I'm really hoping that my daughter and her cute little family comes over. It's like they're my medicine. And i wish I could just bottle it up.:O) And with that said...I think I'll close now.

Lisa, you had a hypo - your bloodsugars were low (hypoglycaemia). If you have one of those again, after you drink the juice, eat something like a slice of bread to keep the sugars up. I know I've not kept up very well with your journal, but I'm sorry to note your condition has deteriorated. Keep going.

The black background and dark blue writing makes it impossible for me to read. Maybe you should change to a lighter background.

Well, Lisa, I read your journal and marvel. It is a wonder for this fact alone, that you are recording all these ailments and commenting about them. On top of that, you must keep track of your sugar lest it gets too low or too high! You have more than a full time job looking after all this, and enough for some others, too. I did laugh at what Kayden said. And was warmed by your joy in your family that continues no matter what else is going on! Gerry
