Time to get up and do it again

Hey! I know it's been awhile since I've posted. I have so much to say, but it's hard to get it out of my head...going around too fast. Ok, Not sure where I left off at. I'll just start from today and go from there. My daughter and her cute little family came over last night for dinner. My oldest grandson was running in and out of my bedroom. I have a chord on the floor for my heating pad. It's not off the floor, but still didn't want him to have any kind of an accident. He kept doing it an just laughing while he would come on in and not listned to me. lol This morning I had a doctors apointment. I over sletp. I fell of that stupid chord! LOL But...This fall was the worst one I've ever had maybe since I was 13 or 14. Ok...it was like you are standing, and someone takes you by your ankles and pulls them from under you! I landed on my back and my head bounced off of the floor! I had to lay there for a few so I could see how in the world I could get up. I didn't want to press my button because of my apointment. I made it there and it's in town as well. So glad of that. I got in and out real quick and got another script to take. When I got home, the first thing I did was to call the agency to see if I could please have a nurse come and just check me. She checked me pretty good, and told me to go to the ER. She was doing stuff to my head and she felt that I could have internal bleeding. I told dh about all of this and he keeps checking on me. I tthink I pissed my mom off....whats new?!? Just by saying how she made me feel the day she came over to tell me that she wasn't going to be my daytime care giver. ;o( Well, it's true. It truly hurt me deeply. My son wants to do it if my daughter don't want to. I havent really been on line much at all. I just haven't had the strength. I got a flu shot, and now I'm sick! LOL :o) Good grief...they should let you know that the shot comes with the flu. :o) I also don't know how I have two blogs!?! I would like to put them together. If anyone knows how, could you help me? Thank you. Even how to put your own html and a direct link on the side. Well.....Need to go now. I gotta make sure my dvr is going to record Dancing with the stars! Love that show. I watch it and again, makes me miss dancing so bad. ggggguuuurrrr! see ya on the flip side! Lisa

Lisa, sorry hear about your fall, glad you had the nurse come in to check you, be careful would you dear. That's great that your son is offering to help you during the day if daughter can't. You do need to have the daily support care. Sorry your Mom backed out, dont let it get to you. lso enjoy Dancing With The Stars, hubby thinks Brook Burke will win, I'm rooting Lance on. Take care. I was wondering if you somehow had two blogs. I thought one I went to was entirely different from the other one. I am sorry you fell. What a bummer, this you did not need. I did notice you went away from a few days, so I am glad to find you back but very sorry about the progress of your ailments. You know I have been reading this book called "Many Lifetimes." It was written by a woman who could remember her lifetimes and she said that if people only realized they do not die with the body but regroup and come back again when they are ready, they would not be so upset. But I know the worst pain is the thought of leaving your wonderful little family, those boys! They are so cute, and I know you love your duaghter and son dearly and they you. I know that is what gives you the courage to struggle on as you do. A Mother's heart. A grandmother's joy in you. Gerry

I forgot to mention Dancing with the Stars which is one of my favorite shows, too. I just adored Lacey and her brother Benji dancing west coast swing tonight when Brad Paisley sang. That's what my daughter Ronda dances so well. I thought they were terrific! Gerry
